King Suites are adult only rooms; no persons under 18 years permitted for stay. Leisure Room only rates are available. Celebration Package Dinner voucher to be used on night of stay and balance will not be refunded. With dinner please make sure that you advise restaurant of choice so we can make a booking or you can personally book online so you are not disappointed if restaurant is booked out on arrival. Breakfast is on The Terrace, no room service option with packages. Minibar items may change depending on stock availability. Packages can be booked online to avoid credit card fees 00. All packages must be paid in full and have cancellation policies. 7 Day cancellation applies. Subject to change without notice. All guests staying at the Hotel must either be a Wests Member or we will sign you in as a Social Member. Photo ID is also required at check-in as the hotel is attached to Wests (licensed Leagues Club). Please enter your own Wests membership number in the booking field or comment area and show your card on arrival. As we are a cashless hotel, all guests are required to provide a credit card when checking in to cover all accommodation costs and a $200 bond. This amount will be then frozen on your credit card for use of payment at checkout. Please make sure that you have sufficient funds on your card to cover your total accommodation costs and be aware that if accommodation is pre-paid then it may take your bank from 3 - 10 working days to release the bond from your credit limit. The hotel does not charge your card and therefore cannot release the funds.
