To receive the members rate, you must be a member at time of booking, not on arrival or after you have checked in. All guests are required to provide a credit card to cover all accommodation and a bond at check in, along with Photo ID.

Ultimate Indulgence Package

Our romantic package for two is available at both our Hotels in our Spa Suites. 
This package includes:

• Overnight accommodation.
• Bottle of chilled sparkling wine, bowl of strawberries, chocolates and bath
  salts in your room on arrival.
• Full buffet breakfast at The Terrace Restaurant (room service not included).

Not to be taken with any other offer. Must be paid in full within 7 days of booking. Prices are for two adults (18yrs and over). 48 hour cancellation policy applies, otherwise deposit will be forfeited.  Check in 2pm - Check out 10:30am.

Asian Affair Package

Bookings must be made direct with the Hotel so that we can confirm restaurant availability for your package.

Overnight accommodation in selected room type. This package includes:

• Set menu, 7 courses followed by tea, coffee and fortune cookie (beverages not included)
• Full Buffet breakfast at The Terrace Restaurant (no room service)

Upgrades do not apply. Can not be taken on special events nights or in conjunction with any other offer, this includes New Year's Eve, Valentine's day, Sunday Special, Summer Special offers etc.... One night's deposit is required to guarantee your booking. Cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date. New Year's Eve Package      

      2012 New Year's Eve accommodation, package includes a full buffet breakfast at The Terrace Restaurant on New Year's day. Breakfast hours are 7am - 10am. Just a reminder that there are no room only packages on New Year's Eve.

Terms & Conditions

Extra person or children staying incur extra person charges. This package is the only rate available on New Year's Eve. All reservations must be pre-paid within 7 days of making the booking. Any reservations cancelled after the 1 December 2012 will be non refundable. Package rate is only for 2 adults.

Sunday Night Special

For all our valued Wests Members, this package is inclusive for you on Sunday Nights at The Executive Inn, Newcastle.

Luxurious accommodation in a superbly appointed Terrace Spa Suite.
You will receive a complimentary $50 voucher for dining at Brasserie 88 or Emerald Gardens restaurants on the the night of your stay.

Should all of our Terrace Spa Suites be booked, members can still take advantage of this offer in our other room types, but the the same price applies.
