There is no need to miss your daily exercise session when you stay at The Executive Inn. Our first class two level fitness centre offers the latest in exercise equipment and professional instruction. Balance New Lambton is open every day and is fully air conditioned. It features:

• A fully sprung polished wooden aerobics floor
• Rubberised sprung circuit floor to remove stress on joints
• Pin loaded machines to isolate specific muscle groups
• Free weights (dumbbells, barbells and benches)
• Electronic cardiovascular machines (bikes, treadmills, steppers, stepmill)
• Circuit equipment (hydraulic and pneumatic)
• Plasma screen TV’s in cardio area with earphone plug ins on the cardio equipment
• Shower and toilet facilities
• Ice water fountain

All group fitness classes have an emphasis on simple moves that beginners will easily master while still allowing the more advanced patrons to have a workout. Affordable personal training packages are available.  Our instructors will tailor programs to help you meet your specific goals.
